We handle the entire project from the first drawing to the final handover. No dealing with five different contractors.
You may already have the builder, the budget, the confidence. What you actually want is somebody who has watched 200 kitchens go wrong to look at your plan before you commit yourself to it.
A flat tends to offer rather less than you had hoped for, asking you to live in all of it. We plan to the millimetre, build to the ceiling until the home holds everything you own without ever once looking as though it is straining to.
There are more rooms, more light, a good deal more scope for a house to end up feeling like 3 separate ones. We design the whole home as a single idea before a single unit is cut.
There are older structures to contend with, civil work to manage, very often people still upstairs while we are working below. We seal the area, fix the working hours in advance, run every trade off 1 schedule instead of 3.
Checking comes before discarding here. The frames that are still sound stay exactly as they are while the shutters, hardware, finishes change. This costs a fraction of starting over, leaving the home looking whole rather than patched.

You will have one dedicated project manager from the day you sign until handover. You do not have to call the factory, the plumber and the electrician separately. We handle all coordination.
We use only branded, commercial grade materials. Century* and Greenply* for plywood, Merino* for laminates, and Hettich* for hardware. Your quote will list the exact brand and grade for every item.
Yes. We present options that fit your design, but the final choice is yours. We encourage clients to visit our centre to feel the finishes before deciding.
No. Our quotes are fully itemised. Once you sign off on the design and the quote, the price is locked. The only time the cost changes is if you ask for a change in scope during the project.
A typical 3 BHK apartment takes 45* days from the start of work on site. Villas and independent houses take 60 to 90* days depending on the civil work required.
