A home takes us 45* days and we can tell you where each one goes.

Interiors nearly always go wrong in the gaps between people, so we have built the whole thing around six stages and one project manager, leaving no gap for anything to fall through.

01

We listen

The first meeting is mostly you talking, about how you cook and who visits and where the light falls in the afternoon and what quietly irritated you about the last place you lived. We take notes throughout and ask rather more questions than you are probably expecting, and at the end of it we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for this project, because occasionally we are not.

02

We draw

We start with layouts and move on to finishes, then to three dimensional views so that you are deciding on something you can genuinely picture rather than something you are being asked to imagine. We keep revising until the plan matches the life you described to us rather than the one a catalogue had assumed you were living.

03

We price it, line by line

Every item and every brand and every grade and every rupee is set out somewhere you can read it, written deliberately so that it can be compared against any other quote in the city line by line. Nothing gets ordered and nothing gets cut until you have signed it off.

04

We build

Factory work and site work run in parallel from this point onwards, with one project manager holding both the schedule and the trades together, and photographs reach you every week whether you happen to be in the next street or in another country entirely.

05

We hand over

We walk the house with you and write down every single thing you notice as you go, and that list is closed before we call the project finished rather than some time afterwards.

06

We stay reachable

The ten year warranty starts on the day we hand over, and so does the part that most firms quietly forget, because a hinge that drops in the second year is still our problem and the same number still picks up.
