2. Services Description

Rustic Design provides interior design consulting, spatial planning, and turnkey execution services. All consultations and estimates provided through the website are preliminary and subject to a formal agreement.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Milestone-Based Payments: All project engagements operate on a milestone-based payment structure.
  • Advance Payment: An initial advance payment is strictly required to confirm a project and block our design team's bandwidth.
  • Detailed Breakdown: A comprehensive line-item bill and exact payment schedule will be provided to the client for approval before the project is officially initiated.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of interior design, specific cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and termination clauses are detailed exclusively in the final client contract. Clients will be fully briefed on these terms during the contract signing phase prior to the project kickoff.

5. Warranties

Rustic Design utilizes high-quality materials from trusted vendors. Warranties on materials (such as plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.) generally range between 5 to 10 years, depending on the specific product. All warranties are directly provided by the respective material vendors and manufacturers. Rustic Design acts as an intermediary for installation but does not independently issue long-term material warranties beyond those provided by the vendors.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Rustic Design retains complete and exclusive Intellectual Property rights to all materials created during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Floor plans and spatial layouts.
  • 2D drawings and 3D renders.
  • Final project photography and videography.

We reserve the right to use project photos, renders, and designs in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Ownership of these designs is not transferred to the client unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute accuracy, Rustic Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or preliminary consultations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
