You will have one dedicated project manager from the day you sign until handover. You do not have to call the factory, the plumber and the electrician separately. We handle all coordination.
We use only branded, commercial grade materials. Century* and Greenply* for plywood, Merino* for laminates, and Hettich* for hardware. Your quote will list the exact brand and grade for every item.
Yes. We present options that fit your design, but the final choice is yours. We encourage clients to visit our centre to feel the finishes before deciding.
No. Our quotes are fully itemised. Once you sign off on the design and the quote, the price is locked. The only time the cost changes is if you ask for a change in scope during the project.
A typical 3 BHK apartment takes 45* days from the start of work on site. Villas and independent houses take 60 to 90* days depending on the civil work required.
Payments are tied to project milestones. You pay an advance to start design, a percentage when factory production begins, another when materials reach the site, and the final balance before handover.
Our 10 year warranty covers all manufacturing defects in woodwork and hardware. It is backed by the original manufacturer warranties from our partners like Hettich and Century.
We walk through the home with you at handover and make a snag list. We fix those immediately. If an issue comes up later, you call your project manager and our maintenance team will resolve it.
At handover, we give you a simple care guide. Different finishes need different care—for example, acrylic needs soft microfiber cloths while laminates are more durable. We make sure you know exactly how to look after them.
