Our experience centre is on the 4th Cross, just off the Outer Ring Road and a short walk from Indo Asian College, so anybody living in this part of the city can see the materials before they see a quote.
We have delivered homes across Kalyan Nagar and the neighbourhoods around it, including Hennur, Hormavu, Hegde Nagar, Kammanahalli and out towards Yelahanka, which means we already know how the buildings here are put together and where the older ones tend to give trouble.

You will have one dedicated project manager from the day you sign until handover. You do not have to call the factory, the plumber and the electrician separately. We handle all coordination.
We use only branded, commercial grade materials. Century* and Greenply* for plywood, Merino* for laminates, and Hettich* for hardware. Your quote will list the exact brand and grade for every item.
Yes. We present options that fit your design, but the final choice is yours. We encourage clients to visit our centre to feel the finishes before deciding.
No. Our quotes are fully itemised. Once you sign off on the design and the quote, the price is locked. The only time the cost changes is if you ask for a change in scope during the project.
